〔記者黃佩君／台北報導〕核一廠目前二部機組均停機等待年底除役中，但緊急柴油機組今天清晨突然自行啟動，引發外界疑慮。台電表示，主因輸電線路受到北部大雨影響，造成瞬間電壓壓降，導致廠內二部機緊急柴油發電機依設計的安全功能自動正常起動，目前已恢復原先狀態，也無安全疑慮，請民眾放心。

核一廠今年底即將除役，二部機組目前均處於停機狀態，但今天上午6時42分廠區內緊急柴油發電機卻啟動，引發外界疑慮。

台電表示，主因外部連接到電廠的6萬9千伏特輸電線路，受到北部大雨影響造成瞬間壓降（低電壓），導致廠內二部緊急柴油發電機依設計的安全功能自動正常起動。

而在經確認輸電線路電壓穩定後，上午9時03分相關設備已復原，緊急柴油發電機也已停止起動，機組目前皆已恢復原先狀態。台電強調，本起事件無安全疑慮，請民眾放心。
